Microscopic Features

Spores broadly ellipsoidal, smooth, filled with droplets, inamyloid, (4-6) x (2.5-4) µm2. Basidia 4 spored, clavate to cylindrical with basal clamp, constricted. Hyphal system monomitic, hyphae 2 to 3 µm wide, thin walled, clamped. Two kinds of cystidia present. Leptocystidia cylindrical, constricted, clamped, apex globose. Lagenocystidia cylindrical, thin, needle shaped, apex encrusted.
